This document is a legally binding agreement executed in India and governed by Indian law. Candidates are advised to read the entire document carefully before signing.
Sahil Corporation is a professional overseas career consultancy and international profile representation firm. The company operates strictly as a career aggregator and consultant and does not function as a recruitment agency, staffing firm, employer, or visa authority.
The services provided by Sahil Corporation include, but are not limited to, professional career consultation, evaluation of candidate profiles, guidance regarding overseas opportunities, preparation and enhancement of international-standard resumes and profiles, and strategic circulation of candidate profiles within Sahil Corporation's international employer and consultant networks.
The candidate clearly understands and acknowledges that Sahil Corporation does not directly recruit, hire, employ, or place candidates, and does not issue job offers, appointment letters, or visas.
The candidate agrees to pay a Registration and Consultation Fee of ₹25,000 (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) to Sahil Corporation.
This fee is charged towards professional consultancy services that commence immediately upon registration, including profile evaluation, advisory services, international CV formatting, and profile circulation activities.
The candidate clearly understands and agrees that this fee is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, irrespective of interview outcomes, employer decisions, visa decisions, delays, or withdrawal by the candidate.
The candidate fully understands and accepts that payment of the registration fee does not guarantee employment, job placement, interview calls, offer letters, salary levels, job location, work permits, or visa approvals.
All hiring decisions are taken solely and independently by overseas employers, and all visa decisions are taken exclusively by the respective embassies, consulates, or immigration authorities of the destination country. Sahil Corporation has no control, influence, or authority over these decisions.
In the event that the candidate is selected by any employer, the candidate agrees to bear all additional costs required for further processing. These may include, but are not limited to, document notarization, apostille, legal translations, medical examinations, insurance, embassy fees, visa fees, VFS charges, immigration charges, and any other government or third-party costs.
Sahil Corporation shall not be responsible for paying, refunding, or financing any such costs.
The candidate declares that all documents, information, certificates, and statements provided are genuine, accurate, and legally valid.
If at any stage it is found that the candidate has submitted forged, fake, misleading, or incorrect documents or information, Sahil Corporation reserves the right to immediately terminate services without any refund and may report the matter to relevant legal or government authorities.
The candidate understands that all timelines provided are indicative only and may vary due to employer availability, embassy workload, policy changes, international regulations, or unforeseen circumstances.
Sahil Corporation shall not be held liable for delays, rescheduling, cancellations, rejections, or losses arising from such factors.
Under no circumstances shall Sahil Corporation be liable for financial loss, emotional distress, travel loss, opportunity loss, visa rejection, employer rejection, or any indirect or consequential damages suffered by the candidate.
The candidate agrees to indemnify and hold Sahil Corporation harmless against any claims, disputes, or legal actions arising from the candidate's actions, documents, or representations.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
I, ___________________________________________, hereby confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to all the terms and conditions mentioned in this Registration & Service Agreement.
I acknowledge that the registration fee of ₹20,000 is non-refundable and paid towards professional consultancy and profile representation services only. I further agree to comply with all obligations stated herein.
