Sahil Corporation acts as an aggregator. The final decision to hire a candidate rests solely with the foreign employer, and the decision to grant a visa rests solely with the respective country's Embassy or Consulate.
Any timelines mentioned regarding visa processing are estimates based on current trends. We are not responsible for delays caused by embassy backlogs, government policy changes, or courier delays.
Sahil Corporation is not responsible for any transactions, promises, or payments made to unauthorized third-party agents. Always verify your consultant's identity through our Pune head office.
By submitting your CV or documents, you certify that all information is 100% accurate. Sahil Corporation has a zero-tolerance policy for forged documents. Candidates providing fake experience certificates or altered passports will be blacklisted and reported to relevant authorities.
Basic Registration: INR 25,000 one-time fee for registration and consultation services.
Career Advisory Agreement: INR 25,000 one-time fee for comprehensive career advisory services.
Non-Refundable Policy: All fees are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, as services commence immediately upon payment.
Payment Protocol: All payments must be made through official Sahil Corporation channels with proper receipts.
No Hidden Charges: We maintain complete transparency with no additional hidden fees.
While we take extreme care of your original documents, Sahil Corporation is not liable for loss or damage caused by third-party services, including postal services, courier companies, or embassy handling procedures.
Strict No-Refund Policy: The Candidate understands and agrees that no refunds, chargebacks, or reversals shall be permitted once payment is made, regardless of job outcomes, employer responses, visa decisions, delays, or termination of agreement for any reason.
Service Commencement: Services commence immediately upon payment, involving professional time, expertise, and resource allocation.
By using our services, you consent to Sahil Corporation storing and sharing your personal data (Passport details, CVs, etc.) with our strategic partners and potential international employers for the sole purpose of recruitment.
Sahil Corporation has been made aware of fraudsters using our name to scam job seekers.
We NEVER ask for "Security Deposits" or "Registration Fees" via personal Google Pay, PhonePe, or Paytm accounts.
